Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

At 9 Rang, we take pride in the quality of our apparel and want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with a straightforward return and exchange process.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, please ensure that:

  • Timeframe: The request is initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
  • Tags & Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be completely intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Clearance sale items, custom-altered outfits, or items purchased during specific promotional events are not eligible for return.

2. Reverse Shipping & Pickups

  • Hassle-Free Pickups: We offer reverse pickup services for most pin codes across India.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the reverse pickup and replacement delivery are completely free.
    • For standard returns or exchanges due to personal preference or sizing issues, a nominal reverse shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted from your final refund amount, or charged for the exchange dispatch.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Submit a Request: Contact our support team via email at support@9rang.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91-8302218903 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide Details: Please include your Order ID, the name of the item you wish to return/exchange, and a clear reason for the request.
  3. Quality Check Verification: If you received a damaged or wrong product, please attach a short unboxing video or clear photographs of the defect.

4. Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited directly back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 5–7 business days of approval.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, you will be requested to provide your bank account details or UPI ID. The refund will be transferred via NEFT/UPI within 5–7 business days.

5. Color and Product Variations

Minor Variations: Please note that slight color variations may occur due to photographic lighting sources, your monitor’s brightness settings, or natural textile dye characteristics. These subtle differences do not qualify as manufacturing defects.
