1. Shipping Coverage & Destinations
- We ship to domestic addresses all across India, covering major metros, tier-2/tier-3 cities, and most regional pin codes serviced by national courier networks.
- At this moment, we only accept orders for delivery within India. For international delivery requests, please reach out directly to our support team at support@9rang.in.
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping across India. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and order value.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): If COD is available and selected, an additional non-refundable handling fee of ₹50 will be applied at checkout.
3. Processing & Dispatch Timelines
- All orders are processed, packed, and handed over to our logistics partners within 1-3 business day from the date of order confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
- Once your package leaves our Jaipur fulfillment center, you will automatically receive an email and SMS containing your tracking information.
4. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Delivery times vary depending on your location. The standard delivery windows across India are generally as follows:
- Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.
- Rest of India (Tier 2 & 3 Cities): 4 to 7 business days post-dispatch.
- Remote Regions & Northeast States: 7 to 10 business days post-dispatch.
Please Note: While we partner with top-tier courier services (like Bluedart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees) to ensure on-time delivery, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions, logistical network bottlenecks, local government restrictions, or festive peak seasons. We thank you for your patience during these rare events.
5. Order Tracking
As soon as your package is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address and phone number. You can monitor the real-time movement of your parcel by visiting the courier partner’s tracking portal using the provided AWB tracking number.
6. Failed Deliveries & Wrong Address Inputs
- Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address and contact number before finalizing your purchase. 9 Rang is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts before marking the package as RTO (Return to Origin). If a parcel is returned to us because the customer was unavailable or unreachable, any re-shipping charges incurred will be borne by the customer.
7. Damaged Shipments & Missing Items
- We take immense care in packing our kurtis and garments securely. However, if your package appears severely damaged, tampered with, or torn open at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package from the courier agent.
- Take a photo or short video of the damaged packaging and contact our support team immediately at support@9rang.in or call us at +91 8302218903 within 24 hours of the delivery attempt so we can investigate and dispatch a replacement.
